I am happy to answer any questions about Address.com, Inc. Address.com was involved in the opt-in email business and sent legal emails to opt'd in subscibers in the past. Address.com is not currently marketing via email as its effectiveness wass reduced by the mass influx of large spam senders on the Internet.
