As somebody who has done several SugarCRM implementations for clients, the only way I can describe it is incredible - both from the usability point of view, and how you can extend it as required.

hi. i am looking for the extensions you are referring to but the links don't work.
any ideas..
i am starting to look at sugar now, and am into real estate.
i need a central crm system since we are duplicating data and its doing my head in :)
Try sugarforge if you are looking for extensions :)
