Make More Money From Google? - Adwords Referral Program

One of the areas that Google has lacked has been in providing incentives to publishers (adsense) or advertisers (adwords) to promote the Google advertising programs.

For the last few months you have been able to "refer" clients to them, but what incentive did you have? None. Whether the launch of competing contextual advertising programs, such as that offered by Yahoo, is causing them concern or whether someone realised that it was simply a "good idea", it looks like Google will be offering such a program in the not too distant future. Darren Rowse picked up on it earlier today and you can sign up here. It's clearly marked as "invitation only" at present, but the Adsense terms and conditions were updated earlier today to include mentions of the new program.` The new program could provide a nice stream of revenue as it pays US20 per referral.

Can anyone give me ideas...
I have been using adwords to promote my online business websites. I almost never see any results. I think the most amount of traffic i have recieved from adwords is 5 unique visitors in a whole month. Is there anyother good ppc options besides google where i will get better exposure of my website.

US20 is pretty pathetic. So if some of my clients spend upwards of £50,000 per annum on Adwords then there is a one off US20 per month 'incentive'? Tsk!

Pretty much - yes.

But then again it's the same with a lot of the other networks...

The adsense referral has better pay outs, but again they aren't amazing
