Spruce up your blog for Christmas
I was chatting to a couple of people earlier today about the entire "online Christmas" thing. I know that some people will go to great lengths to "spruce up" their sites and blogs.

Are they meant to be static?
Yeah. Would suit forums mostly. Every page will have random snowflakes. The main point is to be non-intrusive. I;ve got a lot of interest for using it already :)
