Good link - I think there's a gap in the market for this kind of publication somewhere between the technical but worldwide (O'Reilly) and the Irish but not very technical (e.g. Business Plus).
You involved with this Michele (other than the sponsorship)? I've published articles in both of the above, but like the gap in the market, am looking for 'something-in-between' ...
2nd thoughts - if you're talking to them, is there a text only version?! Download of the PDF (full graphic image) is very slow, even on a resonable broadband link ...

The problem with the Irish market is its size which impacts on any publication's viability. 03 don't do a printed version as far as I know, so they are avoiding that cost, but they still have production, editorial etc. and are targetting a global market...
Paul - my comment crossed with yours... The download speed could be due to the location of the files ie. other side of the Atlantic. There isn't a text only version available, but I'll mention it to them
