If you want to setup a blog using Wordpress, or any of the other popular blog packages, you will probably get bored with the default template fairly quickly. However it's not that hard to find an alternative template. There are plenty of them out there to cater for most tastes.
However, some people obviously are not content with the readily available designs. No no. They simply have to rip off other people's work.
Personally I find that kind of conduct abominable and unacceptable.
Don't get me wrong. Being influenced by a design is fine, but what I'm talking about is a pure rip off.
Rachel Cunliffe is a designer based in New Zealand. She is the lady behind the problogger (Darren Rowse) design.
Earlier this evening she posted that someone had ripped off the design!

That guy needs his ass sued. How blatant can you be about it?!
For some really odd reason this Vince character seems to think it's "ok" to copy other people's work.. We've had it happen to us in the past.. It's not nice
