Pursuing the Cybersquatters

| | Comments (3)
I'll be burying myself in domain disputes over the next couple of weeks as we have decided to pursue the actions regarding several infringements of our intellectual property. As one of the domains in question is a .eu it will involve an ADR, which will be quite costly. However I have no intention of letting a cybersquatter get away with infringing our IP. We tried the relatively "nice" approach, so now the gloves are coming off

any particular .eu in question, or can that be asked?

ADR seems a damn costly route indeed, particularly if it doesn't pay off.

I've been advised not to give out details at present, however it's a very obvious one :)

It's important that you win this battle (which i have no doubt that you will). Squatting a .eu in order to make a quick buck is not very Web 2.0 ya know.
