I'm going based on what you have on the site at present:

Fast Providers hosting division was taken over by Peter Armstrong of his belfast company trading as "theotherdomain" for support please contact their Gold Helpdesk
Fast Provider does not support or offer any shared or reseller hosting services"

The shared hosting division has been sold, the company Fast Provider LTD is still going.
So the company will exist, but won't sell hosting?

Thats correct the company is not offering shared or reseller hosting anymore, however will still be trading offer other products and services.
