Apple iPhone Now On Sale

The much vaunted, hyped, publicised, talked about (etc., etc., etc.,) Apple iPhone is now available in the US. Over the next few days you can expect to see more and more reviews, interviews, critiques, whines and blog posts (is there a difference?) about the latest "toy" that every self-respecting gadget freak wants. The Apple Store for the US is selling the devices, but there seems to be a two to four week backlog already! Will I want one? Probably. Will I get one? That depends. I'll wait a while to see how things pan out. It's not exactly clear when the iPhone will be made available in Ireland anyway, so there's no point getting excited about it just yet.
