Dave "RedFly" Davis has released a handy little plugin for Firefox called Google Global.
The idea behind it is simple.
If you are doing SEO on your site it's important to see how you rank across multiple Googles ie. the country specific ones.
For example, your site might rank really well in Google UK, but really badly in Google Ireland.
With this plugin you no longer have to type in the address of each Google you want to check against - you can simply use your mouse to pass the search query against the Google of your choice.
Handy!
Other people have already been talking about it.

Thanks for the mention Michele. It is more useful for AdWords that Organic stuff IMO.
If you think there is a feature that could make it better, I'd love to hear it.
Dave
I can't think of any features at the moment
By the way, why aren't you taking pingbacks on your blog?
Michele
Hi Michele.
Not taking pingbacks because I was getting a fierce amount of spambacks and did not have the time to admin them.
Dave
Bad Behavior + Akismet blocks 99% of them for me.
Michele
I also feel that it "clutters" up the comment flow TBH.
Dave
That depends on how you configure your templates. In any case I would disagree, as the number of valid trackbacks gives an indication of a post's importance.
Michele
That's really nice plugin, There are a whole lot of Plugins available for Developers.
I pity of those who still don't use Firefox.
It gives an indication to readers. I'd rather a reader get their own value than a perceived value. We do have a new design in the works however.
What do you think of maybe a small dropdown that shows trackbacks/pingbacks separately?
