Travian - Free Online Browser Game
I don't play games that much. There are a couple of games that I like, such as Age of Empires and Battlefield 2142, but I'm unlikely to run out and buy the latest releases. I don't own an Xbox, Wii or PS3 and have no interest in getting one.
However, that doesn't mean that I won't play games, especially if they are engaging.
Paul invited me to play Travian yesterday evening and I've been hooked ever since.
The game's concept is very similar to Age of Empires, in that you have to build up your resources and civilisation level in order to advance. The main difference is that it's 100% browser based and doesn't require any extra plugins, so you can play it on pretty much any OS / browser combination.
