Plain English version:

I run this site as per the "about" page. I don't collect personal information unless you submit a comment and even then I don't do anything with it nor do I have any interest in doing anything with it.
I do use 3rd party services to measure web logs.
I link to external sites all the time. I'm not responsible for them unless I say that I am.
I run ads on here using a variety of ad networks and technology and the various companies involved may be tracking non-personal info about my website visitors.
