This morning just about every single public email address on our systems is being spammed by SpamArrest, as one of their users hasn't whitelisted us.
Idiots!
If you're going to use a C/R system you need to get your head examined in the first place, but if you must insist then at least take the time to whitelist people who need to communicate with you.
Other people manage to use Spam Arrest without making the rest of us suffer too much. Don't the makers of these stupid "solutions" even warn their users how to use them?
